Privacy-first photo processing
We process photos only to create the passport-style result you request. Basic browser preparation may happen on your device before upload, and advanced validation or generation may use secure cloud processing.
Photos and biometric data
- Your selfie or uploaded photo may contain biometric data, such as your face image.
- We ask for processing consent before generating a result.
- Photos are used only for validation, formatting, background handling, enhancement, and final image generation.
- We do not use uploaded photos to train AI models.
Temporary storage
Direct generations are returned in the browser session. If a recovery or job workflow is used, uploaded photos, job metadata, and recovery tokens may be stored temporarily and expire automatically, usually within 24 hours.
When you provide an email for a recovery link, we may keep that email address, marketing preference (if you opt in), job reference, and a private storage key for your selfie for up to 30 days so we can support recovery, payment, and support requests. We do not publish permanent photo links; access uses short-lived signed downloads. After this period the photo object may be deleted and only contact/consent records may remain.
Technical data
We may process basic technical data such as browser type, device information, performance metrics, error logs, security logs, cookies, and local storage to keep the service working and prevent abuse.
Third-party processors
We may use cloud providers for hosting, temporary file storage, face checks, image generation, payments, analytics, email delivery, and abuse prevention. They process data only as needed to provide those services.
