What the service does

The service helps create passport-style and document-style photos from a selfie or uploaded image. It may crop, resize, validate face quality, adjust background, enhance the photo, and generate a final downloadable image.

Your responsibilities

Upload only photos you own or have permission to process.
Use the service only for lawful document-photo preparation.
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, forged documents, or misleading media.
Review the final photo before printing, uploading, or submitting it.
Keep your own copy of downloaded files.

AI and cloud processing

Some features may send your photo to secure cloud services for face validation, image generation, background processing, or enhancement. By using those features, you consent to that processing.

Not official or guaranteed

We are an independent software tool, not a government agency or issuing authority. We do not guarantee that any photo will be accepted by a passport office, visa office, exam board, employer, or other authority.

Check official requirements

Confirm the required size, background, file format, and file size.
Check face position, expression, lighting, and sharpness.
Verify current rules on the relevant official website before submission.
Remember that print quality can change the final result.

Payments, credits, and refunds

If paid features, credits, or payment flows are offered, payments are handled by payment providers. Used credits or successful generations are not refundable as money. If a generation fails due to a system error, the credit may be returned to your account balance for reuse.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, overload the service, bypass security, reverse engineer private systems, violate another person's rights, or use the service for illegal activity.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. Features may change, pause, or stop at any time to improve reliability, security, or user experience.

Liability

We are not liable for rejected applications, missed deadlines, data loss, printing issues, AI output errors, or indirect losses caused by use of the service.

Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest version.
